Integrated fabrication process
The Richel Group beneficiates from the technological and industrial synergies of a world leader. With 75,000 m² of total production area, 17,000 m² of which are covered, RICHEL SERRES DE FRANCE has developed a modern and powerful industrial tool, integrating both the production of the basic commodities (tubes, sections, etc.) and their transformation (bending, stamping, folding, etc.) on special machines with very high productivity rates.
MARCHEGAY occupies a site with a total area of 45,000 m², including 11,500 m² covered. MARCHEGAY produces the main structural components for its glass greenhouses and its garden-centres. DIMAC is a French company with a production facility in Chavagnes (Loire region) covering a total surface area of 25,000 m2, of which 3,500 m2 are roofed. A specialist in greenhouse equipment, DIMAC offers the services of its design department and can deliver turnkey projects. It uses state-of-the-art numerically-controlled machine-tools (cutting and drilling bench for aluminum sections, cutting and drilling line for rolled plates and tubes, welding robot, etc.). The integration of the whole production line is a key factor for competitiveness and quality control.
It uses the most recent numerical control machines (for bench cutting and drilling aluminium sections, cutting and drilling lines for rolled products and tubes, welding robot, etc.). Integrating the complete production line is a key factor for competitiveness and quality control.
- We directly select and control the quality of all our raw materials.
- We produce our own tubes and metal sections.
- We transform them into products ready for assembly using special machines.
